We go to great lengths to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases which is why we are one of the most highly regarded Optometry practices in the Yarra Valley.


Our staff and Optometrists care about giving you the best quality service and eye care.

We strive to run on time but if you find yourself waiting he have a coffee and water station waiting for your comfort.

When collecting glasses we give all our customers a care package consisting of lens spray, lens cloth, case, voucher for future purchases, lifetime servicing card and a small gift just to add to the experience!

Photo3 10 192C24148pmAs mentioned above, we have superior warranties on our glasses which consist of unconditional 2 year warranties on premium adult frames and most children's frames. We also offer 18 month scratch warranties for kids lenses.

Our lenses all come with a 12 month total concerns warranty. Which means for any problem at all (except for prescription changes after 3 months) we can change the lenses to suit your needs if necessary.

For the convenience of our customers our Online Booking  Form facility operates 24 hours a day and is accessible from any location.

Lifetime Service

Screen Shot 2021 05 27 at 8.44.17 PMYarra Junction Optical provides complimentary after sales care of all glasses. All customers who purchase glasses from us receive a complimentary lifetime servicing card with care instructions for their glasses.

We recommend having your glasses serviced every 12 months to ensure that they are functioning at their very best. This might involve new nose pads, screws tightened or a clean.

At any time during the life of your glasses if they start to feel loose, lenses or screws fall out just bring your frames in and we will adjust them for you on the spot and replace any screws or nose pads if needed. This service is completely complimentary so feel free to drop in whenever you feel your glasses may need a "tune up".

Our complimentary after sale service allows our Optical Dispensers to:

  • Adjust frames that are out of shape
  • Tighten frames that slip down your nose
  • Replace old and lost nose pads
  • Tighten screws that have become loose
  • Replace screws that have fallen out
  • Find a replacement temple for a broken frame
  • Order replacement parts under warranty for faulty frames that are under 2 years old (purchased from our practice only)
  • Replace old spectacle cases
